CHILDREN + YOUTH MINISTRIES
WHERE KIDS CAN RECEIVE GOD’S LOVE
We have opportunities throughout the year for children (Kindergarten-6th grade) and youth (7th grade-12th grade). Sunday school for kids takes place on Sunday mornings at 9:15am. Class for youth takes place on Tuesday nights at 6:00pm.
Childcare for 0-5 years is available on Sunday mornings.
summer camps
Every year we take a group a students to FUGE and CentriKid! These are Christian-led summer camps that bring kids from all over the region together to learn more about Jesus and to have fun!
We also give kids the opportunity to attend local association camps and Super Summer Camp!
Mission university
Every summer we host a summer day camp here within the very walls of First Baptist Church! Mission U is open to kids (1st-6th grade) from the community and surrounding areas.
This is a 5-day period features themed lessons about God, cool new worship songs, and fun summer activities!
weekly youth nights
Our youth (7th-12th grade) gather each week on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm at our Pastor Glen and Mindy Cantrell's very own house!
Bring a friend and come on over as we dive deeper in to Scripture and eat great food!
